Child Welfare policy, and especially the practice of Adoption, has substantially evolved over the past fifty years. Out of a concern that the voices of many of the leaders in the field are being lost over time, NCAP invited one of child welfare's foremost advocates to conduct a series of interviews to document the changes in philosophy, police and practice, in the hope that modern day practitioners will not need to reinvent the wheel.
