Policy and practices in the fields of child welfare, kinship and adoption have evolved substantially over the past fifty years. NCAP has worked to capture the voices of the innovators and changemakers in this Legacy Series. We invited social worker and child welfare expert, Sharon Roszia, to facilitate a series of interviews to capture the expertise and wisdom these change agents brought to the fields of social work, mental health, child welfare and adoption.
